These products are warranted only against defects in manufacture. Because applications vary, no use warranty is implied or intended. The Buyer should make a careful analysis of the use and purpose for which these products are purchased. It will be the Buyer's duty and responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately serve the needs of the user. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

This warranty does not cover product failure as a result of abuse, misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or use with improper or faulty equipment.

This warranty only covers the item itself, and does not cover "consequential damages', such as loss of time, materials, wages, etc.
